B. Code of Conduct

Action Guidelines

Specific guidelines that put the ethics principles into daily action.

1. Principle 1. We comply with laws and order.

   • 1.1 We comply with all laws and regulations in every domestic and overseas region where we conduct business.
   • 1.2 We uphold healthy market order by engaging in fair competition across the industry.
   • 1.3 We act in socially ethical ways that preserve the dignity of both the individual and the company.

2. Principle 2. We respect supervisors, colleagues, and team members.

   • 2.1 We treat one another fairly without unreasonable directives, abuses, or discrimination.
   • 2.2 We never engage in violence, verbal abuse, or sexual harassment.
   • 2.3 We avoid gambling, private money transactions, gift exchanges, or private group activities among employees.

3. Principle 3. We respect customers, shareholders, and partners.

   • 3.1 We comply with our customers' and shareholders' ethics standards and never offer improper requests, gifts, or entertainment.
   • 3.2 We do not receive any money, gifts, entertainment, or conveniences from partners.
   • 3.3 We respect partner employees and do not make unfair demands or cause harm to partners.

4. Principle 4. We maintain a clean corporate culture.

   • 4.1 We manage financial status and business performance transparently under recognized accounting standards.
   • 4.2 We actively protect company assets and information and never use or acquire them for personal purposes.
   • 4.3 We fully understand the ethics policies and actively practice them so a clean corporate culture is sustained.
