Since 2015, Enpulse has driven the localization of semiconductor CMP pads in Korea—once a barren landscape for this technology—
by launching innovative R&D and high-performance manufacturing programs.

In 2020 we built the world’s first fully automated smart factory in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, where CMP pads are now in mass production.
By 2025 we will open a new CMP Pad Research Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, to secure next-generation technologies and products through foundational and product R&D.
Our integrated evaluation and analysis center, shaped by the needs of customers and business partners, likewise leads the industry in testing excellence.

Powered by this smart factory platform, we capture real-time production data for every product, monitor operations live, and minimize human error through automation and unmanned systems—
achieving best-in-class manufacturing and cost competitiveness. We also guarantee perfect quality with 100% outgoing inspections and a comprehensive safety management system.
